Apple Cider
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups apple cider
Garnish with
whipping cream, Caramel topping, Ground cinnamon

Spiced hot chocolate
milk 3 cups (cow’s, almond, rice, soy)
2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
pinch of ground chilli or cayenne pepper
1-2 cinnamon sticks
3-4 star anise

Hot Chocolate
1 ounce semisweet or dark chocolate (Ghirardelli)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (Hershey’s )
2 cup milk
1 tablespoons granulated sugar to taste
pinch salt

Warm Pumpkin Spiced drink
1 cup whole milk, heated until very warm
1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Whipped cream, optional
Cinnamon, optional
