Looking up at the sky😎

It is a fact that looking at the color blue can produce chemicals in the body that promote calming. It calms the pulse rate and reduces appetite.

It is a great color to use in a bedroom since it can actually help you sleep. We can still feel the calming effects if we choose warmer gray, blue green or soft purple.
