Light up skeleton balloons — Light up skeleton balloon

We love these skeleton light up balloons, and created creepy, scary scene for our Halloween party.

We used bamboo sticks, styrofoam cups, pip cleaner, and ribbons to line them up for a spooky effect.

Pass the ribbon attached to the balloon through the hole

To stop sliding knots the ribbon around a pip cleaner

Attach the bamboo stick to one side
