Our family loves pasta. But to keep in mind a balance healthy diet once or twice a week we combine it with other meat or fish dishes.
Orzo with red bell pepper & cauliflower with eggs. Serve it warm or cold. We made a simple balsamic olive oil and black olive dressing to go with our orzo, and Parmesan cheese. You can use mozzarella or other favorite cheeses.

Sautéed bell pepper & onions
It is simple and delicious, and it really is a great meal that tastes better as leftovers. We served it with chicken, but you can have it as is as a vegetarian meal.

A great side dish, this yummy vegetable has every vitamin required in a healthy diet. Eating it raw or cooked keeps our heart healthy, and is rich in antioxidants that help keep our immune system strong.
*Cauliflower coated in eggs & sautéed .
1- Breakup the cauliflower in small florets. The easiest way is cut the stem and start cutting off the florets individually.
2- In a bowl break 4 eggs add salt & pepper.
3- Boil the florets so you can pick one easily with a fork.
4- Drain the water pick each floret and dunk them in the egg bowl.
5- Place them on their side in a pan with olive oil. Sauté until golden.
