Persimmons and pomegranates

Two amazingly beautiful fall fruits that not many of us have enjoyed eating them.

They are both covered in a thick outer skin that protects the beautiful seeds in the pomegranate, and the sweet some what chewy inside of a persimmon, making them some what puzzling as to how to cut into one. Both fruits are packed with nutrients, and are used in making sauces or are dried for use in cooking.
